Jake: Unable to delete invoices after approving. Perhaps this could be an option on the above tab after swiping left (probably with a confirm dialogue). Having made a test invoice and approving it this is important! I imagine most users might try out he feature before committing to using it.

eg Postage, stationery, accommodation, training, insurance. 'Essential costs' is too vague and undefined.

View all transactions within a category from your Profit & loss report

Most invoices received are in PDF format, be great to not have to export all these to JPG/PNGs pre-upload.
